Strong One

The thought that in Christ we are strong was apparent to me one day when faced with what seemed like an unsolvable problem. One word of prayer immediately changed the situation. The authority in which we walk is awesome, if we only recognize and exercise it.

“For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him...” 2 Chr 16:9

“When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:..” Luke 11:21

Strong One

A word a prayer, to uphold and to keep
The love of your heart, your children who weep

Stand tall o man, on God you may call
He would never allow you to fall

His grace, his mercy is yours alway
Give ear to his call, his minister’s say

Now that you hear him, turn not away
For salvation is yours now, today!

Live in him, your life is his to hold
Your heart in his hand, allow him to mold

Touch his anointing, allow him to move
Give you great wisdom, to love and soothe

Ones in prison, held captive by Satan,
Not knowing they can stand, Upheld by His hand

Say loud, he is Lord and ready to save
His power is here, to deliver from the grave

Give honor o man, to God the great King
Praise him in his glory, let’s shout and sing

He is Lord of Lords; there is no one like him
His is our deliver, my soon coming king.
